I can only print 999 pages - I need Urgent help 1

I am using Access 97 and I notice that the print dialog can only accept 3 digits making the maximum page number that I can print - 999.

I have a user that wants to print a report that is over 2000 pages long for one of his customers and cannot do so.

How do I get around this thing? Urgent responses needed.

I found these:

1. ACC97: Cannot Enter Five Digits in File Print Dialog Box on Windows NT - Article(Q224158)

2. Printing a Report with more than 999 pages. Access uses the Tahoma/Tahoma Bold fonts in the Print Dialog screen. Both NT4 SP5 and Office 97 SR2 install newer versions of these (version 2.3), which are slightly wider than the older versions, therefore not being able to display more than 3 digits in the page choice. The solution to this problem is to replace these newly installed fonts with the original version. The newer font set has a file size of about 230Kb, and the older version has a file size of about 100Kb. The only problem with this course of action is that you will lose the newly added characters in the font set.

Thank You. I really needed to know that. Do you know where I could locate the older version of these fonts.

I've hear of other people trying to remove the font and reinstall it with the control panel, add/remove fonts, but most times they get an error that it already exists. If they delete it and try to reinstall, they get a corrupt message.

This site offers the older font for download and some installation instructions. Maybe it will work for you.
