I can not see the password of the call center reporting

I Can not see the password of the reporting . I mean when you klick on the general properties of the call center you ca not see the ccrs password or let say you ca not change.
The rls of the bcm is 3.7 and i have install also the comulitive patch 1 for 3.7.

Are u sure u have already entered the keycode for callcenterreporting?
