Hi,
I am not a programmer or techie but have a problem I can not resolve. On an XP Professional, SP1 I Dell pc I remotely manage VPN clients using a web based product, Ciscoserver ACS 3.2. I recently installed MS VM on my pc and as soon as I did the interface for Ciscoserver ACS 3.2 stopped working. I see the logon and password box but no text is displayed. Nor can I logon. There is a message telling me to enable Java support which I have done many times. I noticed on an older NT machine I have that still is able to run this software that I had something call JINIT installed using JIT.DLL. Can this be related to my problem? Is there something I can download to fix my issue? I downloaded Sun's JAVA 2, Ver. 1.4.2 but it does not help. And I unloaded MS VM to no avail. I have been searching Cisco, Sun, MS sites to no avail on this. Any advice is appreciated. Oh, and I have something called Sun Java Console, but can not make heads or tails of it and don't know what to do with it. But my real concern is getting Ciscoserver ACS 3.2 to run from my pc.
Thanks.
