I CAN NOT GET OVER THIS ERROR "Server Application Unavailable"

I've done what all the "tids" say,

I'VE:

made an aspuser account and given it all the rights and properties to all the appropriate directories that all the tids said it should have.


edited the machine.config file and put the account it in the process model section .


NOTE:

I'm running a domain controller, I wasn't having this prolem until I installed exchange 2000.

QUESTION:

What prayer must I say to get asp.net working on a domain system with exchange 2000??

Any "input" or detailed instructions would be most appreciated. Thank you .
