I can not do conference in analog extensions! - AVAYA CM

Hello, Good morning to all!

I'm trying to make conference between two analog extensions in a cm 5.2.1. But when I press the flash put the call on hold but i can not join calls.

Can someone help me?

yes you can for conf meet me also can define a code for flash as well but back to your issue, once you hit flash you get a dial tone dial the telephone number or extension and when they answer hit flash again, now you should have a 3 way conference.

also on system parameters features make sure that allow conference via flash is set to yes, this applies to analog phones

Only thing I know about is that you need 3 lines appearances. Can an analog phone have that?

no analog phones do not have line apperances, do as I say and you should be all set

conference with as many as six participants.
A user with a single-line telephone can create a conference with as many as
three participants.
Each of these three participants can then add another participant. Thus, a user
who has a single-line telephone can create a conference call with as many as six
participants.

Now it is possible to create a code "*" to make the conference? One doubts that the customer can not find in any manual.

Very good BSH! When we had Analog Polycoms - and there was a digital phone in the room - set up the conference call on the digital phone, confrence in the Analog extension and then drop the call on the digital phone - call is now on the Analog w/all 6 parties.
