Hi Everyone,

We recently upgraded out system from 2 LIM to 3 Three using a group switch. But one board has Extensions in 3-0-20 that can not deleted

kindly help

I assume you mean stuck extensions. Are they showing as busy? Print the status with SUSIP command to see if they are stuck in DE or in the extension line program EL or KL.

Hi HIMDP

Thanks for the reply,just to give a brief history of what happened, our LIM 3 MX-one had a PIN short, in the course of trouble shooting, we connected MD110 in place of LIM 3 and Initiated these Extensions (3617 and 10035)and did a backup. Upon solving the problem of MX_One, we reconnected it back, but now we can not delete these extension either on the MD110 or on the MX-one.

Also they appear on SUVIP:NUMTYP=EX;

Unfortunately you seem to have data corruption and I guess that the extensions are not in DE but exist in DCP and KL1. Others on this forum are much better at clearing corruption than I am and they might be along to help you.

Can you get a print from SUSIP for those numbers?

Are you speaking about TSE or TSW? What is your SP?
