I can´t open Outlook Express

I am using Windows 2000 professional.. With my login(my username) I try access the Outlook express 6.0 I am receiving the following message:
"Msimn.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows."
When I access with login Administrator Outlook express works well.
I did the tips in Microsoft 258034 but i can´t get success.

You could always 'cheat' and assign yourself admin privs.

Has it been working up til now?

Login as administrator.
Go to Control Panel
Click onto User Accounts
Click Add
Type in your name and domain (if any)
Click next
Choose Other and Adminstrator should appear
Click Finish

Logout as administrator.
Login as you, and oe should hopefully work.

My username was with administrator rights.. I deleted my account and recreated it.. and my problems was solved.
