I can´t do launch in my mail

When at my mail a file arrives to me from Word, excel, 123, or wordpro I cannot do launch to him but if I can do view.

Do you still get the option to launch or is the option greyed out. If you do get the option - what happens when you clcik launch? Lamaar75@hotmail.com

The option launch.
When i click launch no open de file. The message in screen is the following:
"El archivo c:\Documents and Settings\castello\Configuraci3/4n local\Temp\Fritolay Configuracion sin flat no existe.
Compruebe que la ruta de acceso y nombre del archivo existe".

The SO is Windows 2000 Professional in Spanish.
The Lotus Notes R 5.05 in English.
The problem is with archives of 123 and wordpro in English.

Unfortunately, my Spanish is not upto spec but I sort of get the idea. I woul dmake sure the software is installed correctly and if so, re-associate the file extensions through Windows Folder Options. Lamaar75@hotmail.com
