I/C on operator grp is not working

for pstn line i/c calls are defined to land on operator grp 0 in day time and swicth board is the member of group 0 .IN night time operator group 0 is defined to land on normal extn but its not working.
can any one help me out on this..

have you checked the night destination of the trunks? use the LTKD command and change with the RTK (dsa) command.

the ns of the ops group is for assistance calls from extensions
