I/C item descriptions in 2nd language

Hello,
we are using Accpac 5.5.
I'm looking for a way of having I/C item descriptions in a 2nd language.
So for some customers I show item descriptions on purchase orders in English, for others in Spanish.
How could I do that?

Do price lists work in PO as well?
I can't seem to find an option to choose a different price list in PO and the help only talks about OE not PO as well?

Price lists are only for OE. But with creative use of Crystal, you could print the Spanish descriptions on PO forms.

I was thinking of an optional field.
If the currency code suggests a spanish language is needed I would suppress the item description and show the optional field instead?

How would you do it?

Customers - purchase orders???? Which is it for OE or PO?
Anyway as tuba says, put the Spanish description in the item additional information fields in IC and then modify the reports to pull the descriptions from there.

Or use the descriptions in I/C Manufacturer's items.

Optional fields suck, stay away from them.
Use a formula to spit out the description in the correct language.
