I bought a book with a bad CD

I bought SAMS teach yourself TCL/TK in 24 hours from a third party vendor on Amazon.com, what a mistake! Anyway, the CD in the book is damaged and the third party won't return my emails. Is there anyone that could arrange to email, ftp, or point me to a copy of the content?
