I have a Partner ACS rel. 7 installed in a very busy office. There are 7 phones at the front reception area. When a call comes in and the caller selects the selector code for that area they are transferred to group 72 (ext10,11,12,13,14,15,16) Due to some office politics very often nobody picks up their phone. When this happens the call is returned to extension 10 (nobody sits at ext 10 because they don't want to answer all the calls). At this point extension 10 continues to ring and everyone ignores the call because it's not ringing at their phone. There is no voicemail on any of these extensions. We don't want patients leaving messages on these phones.
What is the best way to handle this situation so calls will not go back to ext 10 and all the phones in group 72 continue to ring.
