I am using a style sheet to overlap

I am using a style sheet to overlap two tables. One table has links in it. The other table has just plain text. The table with the plain text covers the other table so I can't click on the links. The table with the plain text is transparent so I can see the links. I just can't click on them.

Can anyone help me ?

You found the answer? Stacking order (z-index)
Browsers implement the stacking order differently but specifying the z-inxed of your layers will help avoid problems! I reckon!
