I am upgrading IPO from 9.1 to 11.

I am upgrading IPO from 9.1 to 11. It has been 3 hours now and the status indicates it is still uploading files. The system seems to be operational. Is this uncommon to take this long?
Another question I have is on previous versions there used to be a file counter that would display during upgrade to tell you where you were at. Is that no longer available in R11?

I finally stopped the upgrade by un-selecting Type:IP 500 V2 box then selecting again and restarting upgrade. I now can see the "Uploading System Files" box on both systems (this was a two site IPO).
