I am trying to setup a "New Databas

I am trying to setup a "New Database Project" to include in a Solution. After assigning the project a name, the "Data Link Properties" Wizard should appear allowing me to select the Microsoft JET 4.0 OLE DB Provider, but it does not.

Instead, a "Select Data Source" window appears to choose an ODBC DSN. According to my instruction book, this should not happen and the wizard should appear. Can anyone provide some assistance?

FYI: I am going through the Wrox book "Beginning Web Development with Visual Interdev" and this project is on page 135, if you wanted to know.
