I am trying to route all locally originated and locally addressed mail (intradomain) to an external MTA.

The only reference for doing this is in Q239427.

For exchange 5.5 MS recommends an entry in the registry for DWORD "No Local Delivery".
This is not working. Any suggestions for 5.5 and 2000.

I hope to avoid creating a MAPI plug-in
All ideas/comments are appreciated.
