On the console I go: extensions, restriction, ext. no. (enter), select restriction (out going) (enter) exit. These are single line sets. I have try rebooting the switch and nothing.
Make sure you are entering the correct etension number. When you try to dial out on an extension you have "restricted" - what happens? You should still get internal (intercom) dial tone, but when you press 9 for an outside line - you should get a wave off signal.
You may want to print out and post the extension report for one of the extensions you are trying to restrict to see what it shows - before and after you have programmed the restriction. The report should show "outward restricted".
