I am trying to figure out how to create an image-based popup navigation menu that allows me to specify the background and hover images of each individual item in the menu. Anyone know how to do this?

Are you looking for a dynamic layout tool or do you just want to make a popup windows with a rollover menu and nice background image? Either way -have a look in the JavaScript forum here : forum216
