I am trying to create an access database that will import or link data in an excel worksheet but allow me to append or change the way data is stored in the table within access.
For example:
In Excel sheet a part number may be 12345. For this vendor i want it to be CONV-12345. The table in access will contain info from more than one sheet. essentially i want to be able to update fields in the access table using spreadsheets i get from manufacturers.
