I am still using Optivity 8.1.1 and Nortel is no long support this product. It is always running ok to just manage the old bay stack devices. But today I get funny error. When I run ev against a baystack 150 hub, I got a pop-up window titled "Don't Panic", there is a sad face in the window and a line "Sorry. Internal Error" underneath. Anyone help. Thanks in advance!

Hi Junwu,

Did you guys recently updated the "ios" on the baystacks?
That could cause an error, cause the snmp values read from the switch change from time to time.

I am not sure if they updated the image or not. But I can be sure that the snmp community string is correct. I can use both mping or snmpwalk to verify. Any other suggestion?
