I am so so new to ccmail. I have version 8. I have restored an old backup but the user has deleted alot of the messages. Is it possible to run a rebuild of the users messages. I have had a look at reclaim which says the users has loads of messages but they don't show in the client.

It could well be my understanding, or lack of, but an answer either way would help me out massively.

I have ccMAil router computer which has some problems with BIOS the error message i am recieving is:

BIOS SHADOW RAM ENABLED
VIDEO SHADOW RAM ENABLED
EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION ERROR

There could be a fault with the hard-drive but i cannot replace because i have messages stored on the computer, I need to reconfigure the system without deleting any messages from the hard drive.

Could some1 please show me the right way to solve this problem!!

Are you trying to restore all of that one user's messages?
How many ccsave's do you have?
