I am new to FP & Web dev..
So please bear with me if I ask basic questions..

1 > I need some websites so that I can get some tips and
walk through in developing the site

2> How can I put a Guest book and enable viewers to input and view comments using FP 2000.

3 > How can I add flashing/ Blinking elemnts in site.

4> Is there a cool site for free download for some web elements...

For tips on developing a site, you can check here. Plus, there's a whole bunch of other places to look as well. A good starting place is

Not only will it give you tips, it'll refer to other similar sites.

For the guest book, check with your web host. This is a pretty standard feature, and they'll give instructions on how to set one up. When I was on Geocites, they had it, and so does my paying site.

Flashing and blinking elements can be done through Java script and applets. You can find them at

http://www.javaboutique.com.

Keep in mind that if you are developing a professional/corporate Web site, blinking and flashing elements are hard on people with vision impairments (and if you put too many on a page, can interfere with loading time).
