I am Looking for a Nortel Meridian Programmer for remote programming

I recently acquired a client with a facility that has a Nortel Meridian Option 11. I am seeking someone that can help me with programming and/or trouble shooting. this can be either by a case-by-case basis, or contracted.

What you have is a Option 11c system running on software version 03.00. It looks as if the on board battery has discharged as your time and date has gone back to 2003.

You might have had some corruption on the software daughterboard. Can you log in OK?. Are all the phones working?.
