I am investigating SPAM detection/interception/removal software for IIS. Does anyone have any experience with this that could offer some suggestions?

I would really like to eliminate known open relays instead of doing content-based detection. I'm aware of vamsoft and GFI MailEssentials, but I'm really intrigued by doing manual DNS lookups using ORDB or something similar.

Has anyone out there tried this?
