I am having problems with my revision cloud option. In paper space and in model space i cant set the artc length and it will not close for me even if i click right in the end of the start point of the cloud. Can any one help?!!!

What version of CAD are you using????
Why can you not close it...it should close automaticly when you brint the cursor back to the start of the pline without having to click or press a button...can you use the command line options to close it????
And is there an error message that appears when you try to set the arc length? Again using the command line? Jay~

I have found a lisp routine that will draw a cloud, by typing cloud. All you have to do is copy the .lsp file to the support directory in AutoCAD. Then in CAD then type APPLOAD. Browse to the file and load it, then just type cloud to run it....you can set various settings then eg: the increments of the arcs for the cloud.
Give me your email address and I will send it on........ Jay~

Jay-

We are currently using version 14 of AUTOCAD, when I bring the cursor back to the start of the pline it doesnt close and the command line options doesnt help me either. There is no error message, but when I set the arc length that produces 1 pline arc with that arc length designation and then when continue to drag the cursor for more arcs it returns back to the defaulted .003 arc length, which I cant figure out how to change.

The funny thing is this revision cloud option is working fine all of the other drawings, i am having problems with only this one particlular drawing.

Have you, or has there been set already, a polyline thickness for them? Could be that the line is too thick to produce a proper curve? Jay~

The problem is simple.....just change the size up to a much bigger size arc......
