I am getting the wrong 'From' name in my inbox??

The name as it appears in the 'from' subject after sending a test message is not actually the users name? Where do I correct this problem?

I had this problem ages ago, fixed and never gave it a second thought. However, I've got the problem again and for the life of me I have gone completely blank.

Exchange Mail:

In the Exchange ADCU, click on the users name go into Properties and check the "Display Name"

Internet Mail:

In Outlook > Tools > Services > dbl click Internet Mail > on the General Tab, look under user information
