I am an absolute newbie to cgi and I need to know how to use a script for my site. I was taught in frontpage2000, and with that program I didn't need cgi because it validated the forms automatically thru email.

Now I use dreamweaver 4 and I suppose I need to use cgi scripting right? Where is a good place to learn from scratch how to use cgi to handle forms and guestbook and complete set up for using these types of scripts along with my site files

Thanks in advance,
FZ

Heres a good resource -

Scripts, tutorials, and stuff.

Your best bet for learning about cgi is to get your hands on a script and have a go. If it is a decent script, then it will be well-commented.

Good luck. Dean Owen
