i already have the remote agent configured on a server in the DMZ

here is the situation I have 8 servers dual nics like an idiot I didnt plan my veritas install at all!!! I know Im an ass, but I need help big time. On one of the servers our web server we dont allow it to be pinged< ICMP etc. I cant install the remote agent on this server I think that has something to do with it. Our developers and web admins are in India im in NYC. I dont want to reinstall evry one agents included using our 10.x.x.x subnet. when i started the install in the beginning I saw 72.x.x.x and with out it registering I went auto in my head and said private IP. After the install I saw it was a 72 range public address. Some1 HELP PLEASE
