I accidentally made +Tables disappear in the Formula Workshop – Record Selection Formula Editor! 1

When accessing the Record Selection Formula Editor, using Report – Selection Formulas – Report, I must have pressed the wrong key when I was adjusting the selection formula. The +Tables “tree” disappeared and I lost access to the field names within the Oracle tables that I want to use in altering the selection formula. In the boxes in the upper right, I see only the +Functions and +Operators trees, which I do need. How do I get “Tables" tree (or whatever it’s named) to return in a 3rd box?

On the menu bar, to the left of 'Crystal Syntax' (or Basic Syntax), there are three icons representing each box. Make sure all are pressed (they are toggles).
