I’m running Windows 2k with Metafra

I’m running Windows 2k with Metaframe XP. I have user whose credentials are fine, but for some reason, when they try to log on from a remote computer, they can’t. The Nfuse screen wants to log on, but then log’s right off. I ran there credential through different computer and no problems. However, when they try to log in from curtain computer that they need to have access from, Wham....They get that log in problem. Citrix advise that it has something to do with the display mode and that it can't be in a seamless setting.
Any clues or suggestions?????????

Couple of questions:

Do they actuall login to the Nfuse page and then fail to connect to apps or can they not even authenticate to nfuse.

Are any messages displayed or does it just log them off..

Hey nealcresswell..

They can't they not even authenticate to nfuse, but only on a specfic computer.
They enter there credentials, it looks like there about to authenticate, but then they get logged off. No error msg's or anything???????????????

Solution found....


The problem was the way they saved the http address as a favorite.

Instead of

https://citrix.mydomain.com/nfuse

they had it saved as

https://citrix.mydomain.com/nfuse/frameset.asp

They last part /frameset.asp was kicking the user out.
