I´m working with NetBackup DataCent

I´m working with NetBackup DataCenter 4.5 on Windows 2000 server, and I´m trying to improve restoring times changing buffers parameters, but when I set SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS to 262144, I get the next error:

The tape device at index -1 has a maximum block size of 65536 bytes, a buffer size of 262144 cannot be used.

Can anyone tell where can I change this tape parameter?

I´ve read in VERITAS Tech ID 2444269 and Microsoft Technote article Q152518 it´s by design.
