i´m a newb and in need of help

hi, i´m new in programming in visual c++, i had hard time doing a program, but i finally finished it, but now i´m in a dead end, i don´t know how to make a welcome screen so that when i press enter i can continue to the rest of the program

any help on this would be much appreciated
