Hi

I've written a report that uses data to create a hyperlink to a WAV file stored on a network drive. The hyperlink works fine in Crystal Reports running locally (it opens Windows Media and plays the WAV file) but fails when run through InfoView.

I've put the hyperlink into a seperate HTML doc and opened in the browser (IE) and this seems to work.

Is there something I need to do with Reports Server?

I am wondering if no the server you need to have the same media player installed as on the local desktop?

Thanks so much!

False alarm I was being a mong. The filename uses a time format hh-mm-ss and the field I was reading was throwing the data back hh:mm:ss. Just needed to replace the colons and shazam.

Thanks anyway.
