hyperlinks issue

Hi guy's

have a user send a hyperlink to other user's internal and external. the hyperlink is called marketing and points to a url. here's the strange thing some users see just the marketing hyperlink and click it to get to the web page while other users don't see a hyperlink but the whole url I am baffled.

This is probably related to the acceptable/preferred/supported mail formats on:

1. The sender's client software
2. Intermidiate mail servers
3. The recipient's client software

I have lost the ability to go to any links from Outlook Express. This only occured after I had installed and then removed Freeserve. Any ideas pse.
