Hello

How can I create hyperlinks in VISIO from boxes in a flowchart and export to HTML??

How can I publish VISIO documnets with hyperlinks to Web??

We would like to create links (hotspots) on flowcharts and have them point to documents.

We would like to make them so that when we change something in a document, we can update simply without affecting anything else in the file as a whole.

Not sure how your question relates to ASP (you may want to try the visio forum), though here is a basic approach:

1. Create process flow / UML Diagram / whatever
2. Select object for hyperlinking
3. Goto insert > hyperlink
4. Fill out the details of the address etc
5. Save as normal visio document in a repository etc as the source doc
6. Then save as HTML (in the save dialog select web page file type from the list)
7. Click Publish and Specify the details / options etc (including any stylesheet you want)
8. Click ok and it will open the local page immediately.
9. Upload the files to your webserver
10. Repeat when changes are made

I'm using Visio 2003 Professional, but it should be similar in most recent versions.
