Hyperlinks don't work...

I hope someone can help me.

I'm using Crystal Report 8.5 and I want to add some hyperlinks to link to websites. In Crystal Report the hyperlinks work fine in the "Preview" mode. However when view the report from another program with the viewer the hyperlinks are not active and not functionnal. What can I do to make these hyperlink active outside of Crystal Report?
