hyperlinks do not work in 6.5.7

We updated all our agents and clients with the patch that was issued to address security problem. We are using GW 6.5.7. Now, any URLs in mail messages don't work. If I click on a link it just selects and then highlights the link I'm clicking on. If I recieve an url in an html email it will work. If I receive an url in non html email it does not work.

If you go to Tools Options Views, down at the bottom it says default compose view, and default read view. If they are plain text, change them to HTML. Maybe the patch made that change because I have 6.5.7 and they are both set at Plain Text.
