Hi,

I am using CR XI on a SQL server with an OS XP.

I have created a main report that selects certain types of Calls (Priority 1 and 2)and only interested in showing the priority 1 calls detail comments when a user wants to see it. I created an on-demand subreport but the problem is that since the users do not have CRXI on their desktops, we need to export this to either pdf or create a web page.
I was wondering if there is any way that when a user clicks on the on-demand subreport (when I export the report to pdf, it created a hyperlink but of course will not run the subreport and display it) that I can run the subreport (or if there is anyway that I can link the hyperlink from the main report to the specific subreport section if I export the whole subreport to pdf as another main report?)

Thanks

YOu will need a third party software to distribute report.

Visualcut from Milletsoftware is quite good.
