Hyperlinking / Anchors On Same Page On Publisher Office 2007

Hi - am trying to set up headings on pages to link user further down the page when the page is very long and scrollable. It seems you can hyperlink to other pages but not within the same page? Can anyone help?

You would have to insert html to do that in publisher. See this article:
