Hyperlink to MS Excel Chart

I can create a Hyperlink inside Excel to take me to another Excel file and Bookmark a specific Worksheet & Cell location. I am trying to Hyperlink to an Excel Chart Sheet, but have been unable to Bookmark a Chart Sheet. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
An acceptable alternative would be to Hyperlink to a Worksheet that has a Macro Button to redirect me to the desired Chart. However, I have been unable to do this as well?

Is the chart in the same position and sheet all the time?

If so, then hyperlink to a (any) cell reference that the chart is sitting on. To all intents and purposes, it will look like you are hyperlinking to the chart, but in fact you are not.
