Hyperlink to a Bookmark, blanking out other Bookmarks

Hi,

If you have a list of links to a list of bookmarked items that are on the same web page, is there a way to force blank space after each bookmark so you will only see one bookmark at any one time when you click on a hyperlink to one?

I'm sure i've seen the tag before but can't remember what it was!

Just noticed that question didn't make a lot of sense. If you have a list like:

1. Question 1 - blah blah blah
2. Question 2 - blah blah blah

Answer 1 - blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah

Answer 2 - blah blah blah blah etc.

Each answer has a bookmark embedded by it and each question is a hyperlink to that bookmark. The trouble is when you jump to one of the last bookmarks, the bottom of the page is reached and will not scroll down any more. So you may click on a link to Answer 10 but it looks like Answer 8 is being shown. Is there a tag that will put blank space under a section of text that will be invisible to the user unless they click on a hyperlink to the corresponding bookmark?
