Hyperlink Text from Word document

Can somebody please advise as to how can I create a hyperlink a particular field from word document?

I think you want to create a hyperlink in a Word document, but I don't know what you want to link to.

Hello Lilliabeth,

Thanks for your emial. I have developed a web reporting tool using Word/Excel and use FrontPage to upload the files on company's intranet. For Word hyperlinks, I can link a word document but within that word document there are fields that I want to link as well on our intranet (frontpage form).

I need following text to be linked to frontpage.

Process Lead: Taha/Amanda
Chapter Description: Continue with an integrated/hub approach to service delivery with partner agencies and businesses, e.g., Our Kids hub neighbourhoods, Services for Seniors- Allendale Campus, and low-income individuals.
