When I double-click a .PDF file in Explorer, it loads perfectly. When I click it from the hyperlink, it wont load, but .xls and .doc load fine...

Is the issue jut on one PC? Try another PC. Also, there could be a file extension association issue? I've had no issue using PDFs on the Main Menu for the Users' Guide link. Are you sure the link is correct. Try to cut and paste link into Windows Explorer window. One tip, never use hard-code drive letters if possible. Use UNC Path conventions to avoid issue where different users have different drive letter mappings. htwh,

If its a file association issue, how do I deal with that. I have seen it somewhere...

Windows Explorer - Tools - Folder Options - File Types.

I've seen some issues when multiple version of Adobe Reader are on a PC also. Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed proeprly and the latest version. . htwh,
