Hi, a part of our business needs to start sending Newsletters via email. I suggested with all the email filters etc at the moment that it would be easier to use hyperlinks in the email to the required page on our website.

Although this seems to work for the majority of our customers some recieved broken hyperlinks.
I cannot work out why as the rest of the message hasn't been truncated of effected, only the hyperlinks.

There is a space in the hyperlink which is replaced with the %20 could this be why the hyperlink has broken?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance

That's the most likely answer. %20 is whant HTML sees as a space (from the space bar) and thus, your hyperlink stops where that space is. Although some email clients will "inderstand" what you're trying to do, others won't - and IMHO, it's never a good idea to have spaces in file names or hyperlinks. Change the file/directory name to remove the space and all will be well.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
