hyperlink opens new window

When viewing a report with a hyperlink in Netscape 4.xx, clicking on that hyperlink opens a new window. In IE I have the ability to choose whether a new window is opened or not. Does anyone know how to set this ability in Netscape, or to change the hyperlink somehow within the report so that it just goes to the same window?
