Hyperlink on Shape but in new Window ?

I'm making the network file structure documentation with Visio Professional 2002.

1. is there a better software to do that ?

2. I created shapes (i used folder style in active directory stencil) and i linked these shapes with their corresponding network folder. e.g. g:\visio

After, i save my document as web page and use it on my intranet for navigation tree for users...
But i want this link to be open in a new window ?

Is there any way to do that?
