Hyperlink not working in Crystal Viewer

I am using a hyperlink in my report to open an object in my database:

"ttstudio://mksrvttp02:99//" & {Command.Project Name} & "/dfct?recordID=" & {Command.idrecord}

It works fine in CR2008 but if I try and access via Crystal Viewer or a 3rd party viewer (Logicity) it doesn't work as a hypelink.

Could someone explain where I'm going wrong please?

What Crystal version was used to create the viewer (2008, XI R2, XI...)? What object model (RDC, .NET)? Can you upload an rpt with saved data so it is possible to test?
