Hyperlink minimizes access form

I know it's been asked before - but I have not found a solution.

Problem:
MS Access form has hyperlink (to website) on control -- when clicked, new IE browser window opens hyperlink address.
When browser is closed, MS Access is minimized, thus the MS solution (yes I read their suggestion) is to go to the taskbar and click the icon for the form.....voila, the form is magically restored------DUH!

I'm sure this is by design, but really can't appreciate why --and I've been trying for the past 3 hours to keep an open mind hoping that my brain would finally click and realize why they designed it this way -- the best I can come up with is that it might be Microsoft's contribution to increasing exercise for the American weight problem.

Anybody have any real (simple) solutions to this, i.e. how to prevent this action so that original form stays in it's original dimensions?

OK assests - will do ..... but not looking good so far -- so maybe it's not just me (as I often find out).
I'll keep trying to solve this -- the annoyance factor of this "behavoir" seems to have elevated now that I've actually asked for help and no resolution. I'm still trying to keep in mind, that somehow this must be a "feature" rather than some "buggy bassakwards" design scheme. Even that would help if I could just hear someone give me their explaination as to why they thought it should work like this.
