HYPERLINK mapping to a file from a textbox

I have a form with x number of fields displaying library type of information. The user searches the app for customer number and is returned a record displaying the file address via a textbox. The files are in a PDF format and are located on numerous CD's. I can make the file addess a hyperlink via the properties, but that's where it ends. What I would like to be able to do is CLICK on the 'file address' and locate the file on the CD. Other information provided along with the file address informs the user to insert the required CD.

Help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
