Hello,
I have a folder and filename that have spaces in them (not my fault). I want to email a hyperlink to the file. If I use the %20 the hyperlink is the hole line but it is looking at the %20 as part of the name.

I am currently using a macro but I am open to other ideas (Access 2002).

What I have and want:
\\server\report folder\file name.xls
which only \\server\report is the hyperlink

What I get with %20:
\\server\report%20folder\file%20name.xls
which the hole thing is the hyperlink
At which time I get file does not exist.

Hope this makes sense.

Within the macro I am using the SendObject, the Message Text is:
"See \\server\report%20folder\file%20name.xls"

Thank you that did the trick!
